Resident Testimonials
We have lived here for 4 years and are very happy with the apartment and the community atmosphere. We looked at so many other apartments and condos in the area, but did not find any other place with the locale, attached garage, spacious rooms and amenities offered by The Lodge at Willow Creek. The apartment complex is well maintained, not only the buildings, but also the landscaping. The maintenance staff responds quickly and efficiently to requests. We originally moved into a smaller apartment and later moved into one of the newly renovated units. We really like the upgrades that they have done to the units; new carpet, appliances, counter-tops, cabinets and the paint colors are very attractive. The staff is friendly, courteous and listens and responds to the concerns of the residents. Residents requested an area for a community garden and the staff found a place for this, constructed a fence and then informed the residents of the availability. There was also a concern over recycling and management quickly set up a recycling program for the residents. We enjoy the monthly community breakfasts and other social activities that the CARES team puts together and enjoy the opportunities to meet new neighbors as well as visiting with existing neighbors. The complex is very quiet and has ample lighting at night for safety. One of the residents wished to establish a Neighborhood Watch and the management cooperated with them in allowing the use of the club house for the initial meeting and presentation by the local law enforcement of the responsibilities of the community.

My name is Frances and I moved here from New Jersey and have lived at Remington since 2000. I love this complex because of the people who work here. They are the best group that I have seen for a long time. They go out of their way to take care of any problems that arise. The community is a very safe one and is close to shopping and anything else. In my eight years here I have seen hardly any problems. As bad as some of our winters get, the crew tries real hard to clean the snow off to make it safe for all the tenants. I hope in my heart I never have to move, because it is a very safe community to live in. We have nice and very friendly tenants in this complex. I would and do recommend all my friends to live here. This is a wonderful place, I have been different places before I came here, and this is the best. I hope to be here a long time, if God permits. Like I said, the staff you have here is wonderful and love them all.

I have been a satisfied resident of Lincoln Place Apartments since February of 2009. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at this complex and attribute my satisfaction to the wonderful staff that manages and maintains the property. When I moved in last winter I had just lost my father that very week. Paula, Heather and Pamela went to great lengths to facilitate my move-in, and make matters go as smoothly as possible. More recently, my young daughter broke her leg unexpectedly on a field trip and in addition to the emergency medical needs and logistics, I needed to arrange for my ex-wife to stay in Loveland while the leg was treated. I came down to the management office in a semi-state of panic and was immediately assisted by Paula with arranging the immediate use of the "Visitor unit." In addition to taking care of this unexpected matter on the spot, they had the unit cleaned and ready to go, last minute, on a weekend! I will be forever grateful for their personable and compassionate help.
I appreciate the cleanliness of the property: the maintenance and grounds people are wonderful, friendly, and always seem to be in very good moods. I appreciate the fact that any concerns with equipment or facilities are handled promptly and professionally.
I am proud to live at this property and look forward to an ongoing relationship with the management and employees of Lincoln Place Apartments.

We have thoroughly enjoyed living at the Lodge at Willow Creek for the past 3½ years. Each year at lease renewal, we compare all the surrounding rental options and consistently find the Lodge to be the best value and quality. The many friends we have made through their community activities have enhanced our overall sense of home.
Benefits we have experienced living here: 1. Friendly, personable, and approachable management, 2. Reasonable rent for the area with modest yearly increases, 3. Strong sense of community through organized monthly activities, 4. Varied age groups, renters who are stable, respectful, and friendly,
5. Great location for work, shopping, recreation, and education,
6. Well built facilities with responsive on-site maintenance,
7. Owners recently improved property by remolding selective units, creating a community garden, replacing all lights with fluorescent lights, and installing recycle bins

We are writing this letter to say thank you to the AWESOME maintenance crew at our complex. Any time we have needed something fixed or repaired it seems like they respond within minutes of the time we notify the office. They are always polite and professional. Sometimes it almost seems like they are our own personal crew! Thank you to each and every one of them.

I have lived at Fox Crossing apartments for 9 years and counting. I have the support from all staff members and feel safe in my home.
I am here to encourage people that are looking for a comfortable affordable complex to please come and visit our community. I have never felt
so at home as I do here at Fox Crossing. In the 9 years that I've been a resident any concerns that I've presented to management have
been resolved very quickly and professionally. I am happy to be a part of this community and know that I have a nice comfortable and safe home to live in. Thank you for all of your support and for selecting such perfect managers to oversee our community and have the ability to fulfill all of our needs.

An apartment you will be happy to call HOME!
The business and assistant managers, Michele and Rebecca, as well as all of the maintenance staff are amazing and so easy to work with. They are all very responsive to any request and never fail to provide a smile!
The apartments, grounds, pool area and playground are maintained and kept in immaculate shape. I live in a renovated unit that includes all new appliances, an amazing fireplace and tons of storage.
The location (Highway 66 & Hover Road) makes it a breeze to commute to Boulder. In addition, shopping centers are located just a few blocks away!
I am thrilled to have found Circle at Sunset my home.

In April 1999 my wife and I left our home in eastern Pennsylvania and drove the 1700 miles to Denver, CO where our "temporary home" would be the Village of Red Canyon in Palomino Park. We intended to purchase a home to live out our new adventure and ten years later we are still here in Red Canyon.
During that time the exterior has been painted three times, along with interior updates like paint, carpeting, and new fixtures. Our community is cared for by a management staff and maintenance force that truly looks after our best interests. They are friendly, listen and lead the way in showing pride in our village. Each time I return home I am greeted by a clean campus with many varieties of beautiful flowers, mature landscaping, along with wonderful trees by day and white lit trees by night that give you a festive atmosphere. Entering Palomino Park is always uplifting. Through our travels we try to find other places that compare with the open spaces, views, landscaping, buildings, recreation, location, lifestyle, and pricing offered at Palomino and eventually the smile comes over our faces with the realization that we are living in a most special place. The community is active physically and socially, has quite a diverse age group and is cared for by a very competent staff. LIFE IS GOOD here in Red Canyon Palomino Park.

I have been a resident at Dakota for almost 6 years. In that time I have seen several community managers and assistants come and go. I would like to compliment the current staff on their attention to the community, their response time to my personal needs and their genuine friendliness and courtesy. I probably would have relocated had it not been for Jackie and Christina and their dedication in assisting me through several situations, which I am certain exists within the community to all the members. I look forward to a long relationship with Legacy Partners, but most especially with Jackie and Christina. They have exhibited the unique ability to relate to a community via its individuals. Keep up the awesome job!!
